Public Workshops (December 11 through December 20)

The SacRT Forward team will hold four public workshops in December 2018 to present and obtain community input on Draft Networks for the SacRT service area. One workshop will be held in each of the following areas: Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, South Sacramento, and the SacRT Auditorium (located at 1400 29th Street in Sacramento).

Phase I

Pop-up Workshops (April 21 – May 19)

Community members and transit riders were provided with more than 10 opportunities to stop by a pop-up workshop during the first phase of outreach.  A summary of the pop-up workshop series and all the input obtained is available here.

J+W is a transit planning firm based out of Portland, Oregon and specializes in helping transit agencies, their partners and stakeholder groups take a fresh look at transit networks that no longer meet their goals. J+W has led successfully implemented network redesigns in Houston, Texas and Columbus, Ohio, and are currently working on similar projects in Dublin, Ireland and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

AIM Consulting, Inc. (AIM) was established in 2005 with one overriding goal in mind: to be an active participant in community building and encourage others to do the same through civic engagement.
